Winners receive PETCO gift cards, Navy Fear tickets and Seadog Lake Cruise passes. The Grand winner will be awarded the title of honorary 2009 Seadog Cruise Mascot. <strong>Howl-O-Ween Adoption Event</strong> On October 26, from 10 am to 7 pm, 25 animal shelters, including the Anti Cruelty Society and members of the Chicago animal Shelter Alliance (CASA) will hold a huge adoption event, in a effort to find loving homes for cats and dogs. Howl-O-Ween Adoption Event is held at Festival Hall B, at the east end of Navy Pier. Pets are welcome. Chicagoween at Daley Plaza offers family friendly Halloween entertainment.
