The Paper Bagsm Chicago Dog Training program was developed by Ami Moore, The Professional Chicago Dog Trainer. This is a program that can be used by indivduals or groups to socialize and enjoy the sights of Chicago. This is a program that is suitable for all breeds of dogs and all types of dog owners-since the training is done on leash. Dogs that are aggressive can participate as long as they are muzzled.

The Paper Bagsm Chicago Dog Training program helps marginal areas of Chicago become gentrified-nothing makes criminals mind their manners than a group of big, well-trained dogs hanging out on the public streets.

This training program increases the ability for busy Chicago professionals to accomplish a great deal of dog training in an enjoyable manner and in a short amount of time the time it takes to eat a lunch).  One of my favorite Chicago Dog Training Paper Bagsm activities is to take a lunch break with a group of dog owners and their dogs at the local public park.

Going to the park is a great way to escape the sultry heat of the city. Most parks in Chicago allow dogs on a leash. But the number of Dog Friendly Areas (DFAs) is increasing every year. A DFA is either a part of a park or a full park where your puppy can be let off his leash and run free. To find out more about these places consult a veterinarian or a pet shop. They will be able to tell you where the parks are and what the timings are. Alternatively you can contact one of these dog advocacy groups in Chicago who will be bale to guide you not just on parks for your dog, but on other activities also. Among others, you could try:

* Hollywoof Action Committee
* Hyde Bark D.O.G
* Bucktown Dog Club
* South Loop Dog P.A.C.

To use any of the DFAs you will need a permit which costs $5 a year and of course, your dog license. Obtaining a DFA permit is dependant on your dog having all his vaccinations and immunizations up-to-date. These permits are available with many vets and also some pet shops. For details on where you can get one visit the Chicago Park District website and search for Dog Friendly Areas. Or you can call 312-742-PLAY.
